Martin arrived on time and cleaned the eaves. He tested the downspouts to ensure proper flow to the drain tile. He then power washed the siding and garage door. The agreed upon price was very reasonable and I intend to have Martin back to clean the deck very soon. I hope to have House To Homes Property Maintenance perform yearly exterior maintenance for many years to come.

He talks nice, but very bad at keeping his commitment. Hired to do washing the siding and replacing wood frames that are not good and painting the exterior frames, porch and decks. Quoted for both, just finished washing the decks, sidings and collected all the money for that task and told will show up on week days to finish the rest. But never returned my call to finish the other job. Made me buy all the paintings and never showed up. Picks up the calls when I called from unknown phone numbers. I won't recommend this person for any job. I have never written any review before. I hope this review saves other folks from having similar experience from this person.
