- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount to seniors (65+), veterans and teachers. You must mention the discount at the time of service to receive the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work very hard to establish rapport with new customers. I always try to go above and beyond and take the extra time to explain what I’m doing and why. I also try to present new customers with multiple solutions when appropriate so they have options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience, and I am a certified handyman.
