Doug has a fantastic value set and even though he felt he may have underbid on my job request, he stuck to the bid. He and his employee's did a fine job with the work and showed pride in his operation. If I have anything to complain about it might be that scheduling was a bit difficult with a couple delays, some due to weather others due to his schedule and other customers, however it wasn't worth lowering the rating for as most of it was out of his control and he did his best to keep me informed along the way.

Never hesitate to use Powell's Affordable Handyman Service. He is one of the most trustworthy, reliable, and ethical men I've ever known. His team members are punctual, engaging, friendly, and perfectionistic. We had our deck and cedar pergola cleaned and stained. Not only was the project begun within two days but the finished product is perfect. They pay attention to detail and never leave a mess - everything is cleaned up, every day. We've decided to have an extension beam and supports added to the pergola for swings and climbing rope. Every quote is more than fair and the work impeccable. I will never call anyone else when we need help. I'm so grateful!!
