Pros: Alyssa was very kind, sweet, and very responsive. Her services were affordable compared to others. She kept up on her deadlines, was SUPER flexible with my schedule, and gave me thorough feedback. While I’m KNOW after re-reading through I could have found some things missed, I feel like that’s the whole point of having an editor. I self-published my book in full confidence that between my set of eyes and hers, there would be no errors. There is a GIANT typo on page 7 of my book, as well as some very clear punctuation errors. If you write, you know, after re-reading your own so many times your eyes start to blur. While I was able to edit these errors on KDP, I’m embarrassed for the copies that went out with errors that were missed. Overall, if you’re just starting out writing professionally or you write as a hobby, I do 100% recommend Alyssa’s services. I, unfortunately, will likely look elsewhere as I try to pursue this as my career with future books.

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied. I compared the KDP version to the one I edited, and the giant mistake you referenced was not mine. This might have happened when uploading to KDP or in the process of accepting/denying edits. I'm not sure if that's also what happened with the other errors you mentioned or if they were in fact my mistake. I do not claim to be perfect and would love to improve my skills if you're open to discussing the errors you found.
