FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to beat a lot of quotes from other companies because we own all of our equipment free and clear. Many landscapers have a much higher overhead than we do because all of their company assets are financed. We are able to run an extremely efficient operation because we use smaller, gas saving trucks when we are able and have a fine tuned process for everything we do. When things go wrong (E.G. flat tires, machinery failures, poor weather, unable to obtain supplies due to materials shortage) we have a plan in place already and most equipment failures can be addressed immediately in the field meaning jobs get finished on schedule. We stock a huge amount of materials meaning you'll never have to wait for materials for your project to be available again because they are sold out. Need your next project done before a graduation party or the next big holiday? You can bank on deadlines being met when you work with Lawn and Order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Too often from new customers we hear that they called three companies before us and no one even called them back. Rapid response and communication is one of our core values. When you call Lawn and Order, you can expect to be contacted promptly and by a company that appreciates your business and the opportunity to serve new customers. We are never too busy for new customers and because of well thought out and carefully scheduled scheduling, we are never in a hurry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We grew up in a time where go fund me accounts did not exist. As children, if we wanted something, we had to earn it so we used what we had, a neighborhood full of doors to knock on, some elbow grease and a push mower.
