This company was the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Insurance claim for sewage flood in basement. Took over 4 months to resolve issues. Nightmare experience. Poorly done work. Mean, uncaring owner. That's you, Chad. Attorneys had to get involved. HORRIBLE! While they seem VERY personable and professional on the phone while they are trying to get your $$$, in the beginning process be warned, you will NOT be happy with your results!
