- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service call fee is to cover travel cost to your home. Additional charges will be incurred based on required service labor and materials needed. We offer cash discounts and FREE video call estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask for a phone call to go over customer needs, most of the time a job can be priced based on customer description and pictures. For larger projects, a free virtual estimate or on-site visit might be needed to complete the estimate. After an estimate approved online, will proceed with job scheduling.
