I bought a rental house out in Brooklyn, Michigan. I had Richard come paint my whole house for me and he did an AMAZING job. There were no running paint lines, the cut ins were perfect and he finished the whole house in less than a week. I have nothing but good things to say about Richard. He has an amazing work ethic and knows exactly what he's talking about and knows exactly what he's doing. I will add pictures later to this post if possible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give you my general price but I will work with you to your price. I understand peoples money situations and willing to work with everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would like to come to the home and do an on site estimate and then work from there. It is a a lot easier to be on site to give an estimate than over the phone. Once I am at the house I will let customers know my prices and what I charge. We will then go from there.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just know sometimes we only get one or two projects a month and that’s all we make. So sometimes the price might seem high but I take pride in my work and make things to perfection and don’t take too many jobs at once so I can focus on the one Im working on so I don’t get overwhelmed. Some people don’t know that certain things take longer and are more tedious and that’s why we charge what we do. However I am still willing to work out prices and negotiate with you and your budget.
