UPDATE: What Pro responded with is inaccurate, we have a photo of the work that was done incorrectly, please see below. We didn’t want it done differently, we wanted it done correctly. No one installs molding this way. I didn’t respond to the pro as he left me a couple of rather threatening messages and I was uncomfortable. Of course we didn’t hear from him until I left an unfavorable review. In addition, not showing up for work, calling a half hour after your scheduled arrival window closed and stating you can’t come is unprofessional. The handyman who came out to our house called and canceled the first day because his truck broke down. He called an hour after he was supposed to be here. My husband ended up redoing some of the work he did as it was not done correctly.

John’s team, led by Ron, did an excellent job. Our walls look awesome! They all displayed complete professionalism and were very responsive to our needs and requests. We would definitely use them again and would be glad to refer them to our friends.

I am in the process of selling my house and tried to touch up a few spots on the wall before our Open house with leftover paint. Unfortunately, I grabbed the wrong paint can. So I had dark paint spots all on my walls. John was quick to come assess the situation. He helped pick the perfect color to cover up my "oops" haha He was able to get someone out to me in 2 days. Ron was the painter who came out and he did a fantastic job!! It is obvious he actually cares about the work he does. I may have even snagged a few painting tips from him while observing him for a bit! It cost a little more than I had hoped, but honestly, the quality of work made it worth it. Thanks again John and Ron! I would recommend Prep Right 😊
