UPDATE: What Pro responded with is inaccurate, we have a photo of the work that was done incorrectly, please see below. We didn’t want it done differently, we wanted it done correctly. No one installs molding this way. I didn’t respond to the pro as he left me a couple of rather threatening messages and I was uncomfortable. Of course we didn’t hear from him until I left an unfavorable review. In addition, not showing up for work, calling a half hour after your scheduled arrival window closed and stating you can’t come is unprofessional. The handyman who came out to our house called and canceled the first day because his truck broke down. He called an hour after he was supposed to be here. My husband ended up redoing some of the work he did as it was not done correctly.

John’s team, led by Ron, did an excellent job. Our walls look awesome! They all displayed complete professionalism and were very responsive to our needs and requests. We would definitely use them again and would be glad to refer them to our friends.

This company was great to work with from initial contact to completiom of the project. They fit me in for a quote right away and came by a few days later to paint our family room. The painter Ron and Rob were friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job. They took great care in their work. We will use this company again for any future painting needs.
