What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing for both individual tax preparation and our business clients.
Our individual tax preparation services start with a base package, designed to cover many typical tax situations -and for many clients, its all they need. For those with more complexity, we offer additions and add-ons to match your unique situation.
Our business accounting packages are designed with the understanding that no two businesses are the same. We offer flexible fixed fee packages, customized to include taxes, payroll, and varying levels of service, to meet each client's unique needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work 100% virtually, so you never have to leave your home or office to meet with us.
Tax Preparation? You can expect an email within 24 hours inviting you to our portal to submit your tax documents and get the process started.
Accounting? We use modern technology to collect and store your information securely, and we use popular online accounting software like QuickBooks Online or Xero to prepare your financials. This means that your financial information is always accessible to you, wherever you are.
We understand that not everyone is comfortable with a virtual approach, but we believe it is the most efficient and convenient way to provide our services. If you are ready to bring your accounting into the modern age, we are here for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of experience in accounting, both in public practice (taxes, audits, etc.) and private industry, managing accounting departments and running the day-to-day operations of small and medium-sized businesses. I am also an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
