- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do have a custom pricing book to go by for many items, we do not use a national flat rate pricing manual - we beleive it is simply too high. We can quote projects from our pricing book or time and material which ever the customer prefers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Carrier Plumbing is pretty informal, so we normally just need contact info and an address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took classes and trained with seasoned plumbers while learning the trade. That was almost 40 years ago, so now I must be onsidered a seasoned plumber - how time fly's!
