- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Through our years of experience in the contracting industry we have found that it's very common that contractors do not know there numbers. Every single one of our team members take pride, and has genuinely cares about the projects, and services our team delivers. We are very aware of the value we provide so our team delivers proposals that are symmetrical with what we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new client will start out with the "information" stage. After completion of the "information" stage we will proceed to the "proposal" stage. Following the "proposal" stage we will transition into the "scheduling" phase.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with both commercial, and residential client's.
