- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is broken down in advance. There are no hidden fees when it comes time of the event. Everything is streight forward and listed out in our contract. We do require a $100 deposit that is non refundable to hold your date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out either by ***** or ***** and get all the information needed to create a personalized contract. We then either send it by ***** or direct mail depending on what you prefer. Once we recive it back sign with the deposit you are all set! Simple and Easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied photography for several years and worked with the equipment the booth uses.
