Oh my goodness Linda was such a sweet lovely soul! We are so happy we chose her to officiate our wedding! She went the extra mile even to make our vow books to keep! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can be flexible on the price, it really depends on how far I will need to travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk and get a true understanding of what the client wants. I go over the entire ceremony so there won’t be any surprises on the wedding day. Being prepared is key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m actually a office manager with over 35 years on the job. I have done a lot of research and really try to listen and understand what each client wants. I think having leadership skills helps.
