Introduction: Working with me is different than working with many other personal trainers because you'll never know what's coming. I try to keep my sessions as fun, new, and exciting as possible while still keeping a goal in mind. Yes, we may be working to increase muscle tone or strength in a certain area, but how many different ways can we target that area so that no one gets bored or nothing gets stale? I love helping people reach their goals! My Freshman year of High School, I was cut from every hockey team I tried out for. Needless to say, I was pretty devastated! I started working with a personal trainer to increase my strength and speed, get rid of some of the "extra weight" I had lying around, increase my lean body mass. When the next year came around, I made ALL 4 TEAMS that I tried out for! I'll never forget the sense of accomplishment that I had, all my hard work had paid off! That's what I want to help other people do, whatever their goals are!

Kyle Gagneau is truly a great guy! This summer Kyle was my personal fitness trainer. His way of stewardship towards me was truly remarkable. The way he works with people is quite responsible and dependable. He takes in challenges and he comes up with an answer no matter the situation or dilemma. He makes challenges fun to achieve. Kyle has a great personality and is very kind to others. If I could work with anyone of my choice, I would choose Kyle! He is definitely a man of his word.

Kyle is a responsible and proactive worker. He prepares for the specific client and is ready before they walk in the door. What is remarkable is that Kyle is also prepared enough should he get thrown for a curve and can alter the plan on the spot! I recommend him highly!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Single Session: $50/hour 5 Session Package: $230 ($46 each) 10 Session Package: $430 ($43 each) 25 Session Package + Nutrition consulting: $1000 ($40 each, BEST VALUE!)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    The National Academy of Sports Medicine requires me to attend seminars/workshops for a minimum of 10 hours per year in order to stay in good standing as a Certified Personal Trainer. Since joining NASM in 2012, I have acquired over 40 hours of continuing education. Health and fitness is a growing field with new research coming out all the time. In order to provide my clients with the best training possible, I think it is important to stay on top of the newest research to date!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Look for a personal trainer that is well rounded in various forms of fitness activity with various groups of clients. Some trainers know how to train athletes and do a very good job at that. Some trainers work with senior citizens and do a great job with that. I think the best trainers need to be well rounded in many areas of fitness training so that they can deliver what the client is looking for in a way that is suited for them.
