he did terrible hardwood floor refinishing for me. the sanded floors are not even. He did not sand all flooring, missing the areas under cabinets and stove. He did not clean sanded floors carefully before putting coats on. He only used a vacum cleaner and a mop to do his finishing job. He did not use any cheesecloth, tack, or wool skin brush to paint the floor. So the finished flooring are uneven and have bubbles everywhere. I had to hire another guy to fix it. In fact, the job could not be fixed, so another one re-do sanding and coating. We had stayed in a hotel for 6 days totally because he massed it up.
