I called Koala because I found it on Google. Matt, the sales rep, came and out and told me what they could to to remedy my insulation problem. I liked the estimate and booked a install date for a few days later.Tyler and Garrett came out, setup their equipment and went to work. They sealed off the rest of the house to maintain the heat for me.It turned out that the estimate was short by one room, so Tyler and Garrett went back to Midland to get more insulation. They returned and finished the job - a 9 hour day in all! Nice guys too. Garrett even fixed a clothes pole problem in the front closet for me.Very thorough cleanup, kept me posted all along by showing me pictures of the progress. Am very happy with Koala's work and especially with Tyler and Garrett. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
