We love a challenge related to all things construction/handy work. We’ve flipped four properties and have several engineering degrees from the University of Michigan. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Let's get on the phone and speak through what is needed. 2) We will have someone come out for a free estimate. 3) We will draft a formal quote or agree to a price verbally. 4) Work will begin once 50% of the fixed price quote is paid.
