Service technician Bill provided excellent service. He cleaned our furnace of construction dust. He took the time to explain how our humidifier works, parts we would need to replace the filter, and where all our shut off valves were located for the furnace and hot water heater. Very happy with our service call.

Bill took great care of our problem! We needed help quick when our heater broke and would not start, called first thing and Bill was out within an hour, had the problem identified and a solution on its way. I would choose American Heating and Cooling every time!

They were able to come out the next day and check out my furnace. With the storms we have had recently and power outages, I wanted to make sure everything was OK with the furnace. Great group of guys.
