Bill took great care of our problem! We needed help quick when our heater broke and would not start, called first thing and Bill was out within an hour, had the problem identified and a solution on its way. I would choose American Heating and Cooling every time!

Service technician Bill provided excellent service. He cleaned our furnace of construction dust. He took the time to explain how our humidifier works, parts we would need to replace the filter, and where all our shut off valves were located for the furnace and hot water heater. Very happy with our service call.

They were able to come out the next day and check out my furnace. With the storms we have had recently and power outages, I wanted to make sure everything was OK with the furnace. Great group of guys.

Overall a quick and easy experience with great communication!We needed to have the motor in our furnace replaced. I sent in a request for service message on their site and received a call back, and had someone out the same day. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and provided an estimate. Within 2 days they were back to install. I also received texts of the tech being on their way, and they were on time to the timeframe provided over the phone. Brad M installed the motor, he was friendly, relatable, and appeared to love his job!
