We offer free estimates and upfront pricing, so there are no surprises. Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, and time involved. We don’t charge hidden fees, and we’ll always explain your options before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer’s needs and gathering details about the project. From there, we provide a free estimate and explain the recommended solution and pricing upfront. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time and arrive on time, prepared, and respectful of your home. After the job is completed, we review the work with you, make sure everything is working properly, and clean up the area before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured electricians with decades of hands-on experience in residential electrical work. Our training includes formal apprenticeship programs, ongoing on-the-job training, and continuing education to stay current with local codes, safety standards, and new technologies. This ensures all work is done safely, correctly, and up to code.
