Keegan is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with. I've worked with others and I haven't seen as good as results as I do with him. He makes the workouts fun. & they're different every time so it's not the same old boring workouts every time. I highly recommend giving him and a call and start training with him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have developed a very very competitive pricing system of just one flat rate. That is because of the large client base we get & the amount of success we have had. You will not find that with most trainers who raise the price because of distance,couple training & forfeit sessions. we train so many people that we do not need to do that!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do continuing education all of the time. Most specifically when we have clients with health limitations that are new to us we always research them!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were always in the gym on our free time. I was able to switch careers during the housing market crash & got to get into what I love to do & have been blessed to be successful at it!
