Introduction: In this hard economy, we try to make a special occasion as reasonable as possible but with good flavors and use as much farm fresh goodness as we have available depending on the seasons. I have two nieces who have experience in bakery and sweet treats who help me. I have a host of family members who help serve and prepare for the special events I have.
