What types of customers have you worked with?
We most commonly create Wordpress based sites as they are easy for our clients to learn and be able to update themselves. We also offer comprehensive SEO as well as hosting.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My best advice is to shop around. Too many times I have seen businesses hire a web design company and receive a website they do not like, pay too much, be unable to contact the designer for months on end, or wait for years for their website to be completed. Talk to your designer and get previous customer references. Ask them how long it took to complete the website, how responsive they are to your needs, if they feel the pricing was worth it, and even to see the website they had made for them. Once you have chosen a designer - be honest. We want to know what is working for you and what doesn't! You're not going to hurt our feelings. Our goal is to create a website you love and the only way we are going to do that is with honesty.
