- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing all depends on the product chosen and if its a standard install or if there will be extra work required/requested. I can give a general estimate to give the customer an idea of what to expect though. There are many options in window replacement, from double or triple pane glass, to all the extra moldings, sills and casings to choose from which all effect the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I talk with a new customer on the phone and discuss what the customer is interested in. If the services I offer interest the customer, we will discuss a good time for me to meet them at the job site and go over in detail the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years experience in the construction field. Over 15 years of that was been in the window replacement industry. I am Lead Safe Certified and have my Builders License.
