- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
depending on the project my price per job rates are competitive with other small companies, I will do work by the hour but the hourly rates are usually not the choice of the customer because I start my hours when my van starts, so the trips to get materials, or products can add up quickly.. I am a great judge of situational customers needs and I have done emergency repairs for needy customers at a fraction of what a heartless contractor would charge. after all Jesus was a carpenter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am honest and straight forward if their plan for a project is going to need tweaking I sit down and explain my recommendations, making sure I meet their expectations before I begin work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Definitely on the job learning from an early age (8l helping my grandfather build a house taking a tree filled lot and turning it in to a beautiful finished home.
