- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can vary from each service rendered and each customer is unique in their own way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically for our Landscaping customers we will schedule an appointment for a Free estimate. This is where we have one of our team members come out and talk with the customer, collect information, take pictures, go over ideas and show some designs. We stay in good communication with our customers and communicate through email, phone and on site until the job is fully completed. For our lawn maintenance customers we are able to give a price for weekly maintenance right over the phone. We put our trust into our customers without any payment up front. You will receive an invoice once a month for services rendered by email. We have an excellent staff that will handle any questions or concerns. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and hassle free billing.
