We used HAP Inspections when we purchased our new home summer of 2014. The owner, Phil Ioco, was wonderful to work with. He was flexible in doing the inspection on short notice on a Saturday afternoon. The inspection was extremely detailed and thorough and his demeanor was polite and respectful to both ourselves and the Sellers. The inspection report was compiled in a professional format in a comprehensive fashion with color photos demarcating areas of concern with clear recommendations for repair needs. Our realtor said it was the most extensive and well-presented inspection he had seen. We were very pleased with our experience and strongly recommend HAP Inspections to anyone needing home inspection!

Very trustworthy and extremely diligent. I contacted Phillip Ioco regarding a home inspection and in my line of work I've helped thousands of people with this process. I'm a loan officer that assist people with purchasing new homes and I have never come across any inspector that is as diligent as Phil if! I used him for the purchase of my own home and I'm very pleased with the results! I highly recommend him! For many reasons especially the fact that he was a builder and knows how to repair bill or fix anything! He has a high level of integrity and a very straight shooter

Philip did my home inspection earlier this summer and I was extremely impressed with the results. I have purchased two homes previously and have never had an inspection as thorough as Philip. Additionally, the electronic report is very convenient and well done. Philip also took the time to answer questions and explain his findings staying longer that the scheduled time to ensure I was happy. I would recommend Home and Property Inspections to anyone needing an inspection.
