We start with a quick phone call or Thumbtack message to discuss your vision, look at any inspiration photos you have, and get a rough idea of your square footage and timeline. In-Home Measurement & Inspection: Step 2. We come out to your property to take precise laser measurements. Crucially, we also inspect your subfloors and baseboards so we can anticipate any prep work needed, ensuring there are no surprise costs later. Detailed, Transparent Proposal: Step 3. You’ll receive a comprehensive, itemized estimate breaking down labor, materials, and prep. We can adjust material options (like LVP, hardwood, or tile) to perfectly align with your budget. Scheduling & Preparation: Step 4. Once you approve the quote, we lock in your project dates. We’ll provide you with a simple checklist on how to prepare your space (like moving fragile items) so installation day goes flawlessly. Expert Installation & Clean-Up: Step 5. Our professional crew arrives on time, protects your non-work areas with drop cloths, and installs your new floors with absolute precision. When we're done, we clean up thoroughly—leaving you with beautiful floors, not a construction mess. The Final Walkthrough: Step 6. We don't pack up until we walk the entire project with you.
