I have taken yoga classes with Mary for more than five years now. I have always found her to be compassionate and knowledgeable. When I have needed help with modifications for my physical limitations she has always been able to provide them with kindness. I strongly recommend her. Her skill set is excellent.

I have had such an amazing experience with Mary. I initially took her class 3 years ago and instantly loved her and her class. I sign up for her class anytime it is available. Her yoga class has truly changed my life in so many ways. Mary is a phenomenal yoga teacher!

Mary is my favorite yoga instructor.She is very calm as she guides us thru practice.She is patient & gentle when offering pose adjustments to beginners.She offers challenging modifications to experienced students.I love the yoga massage and ohms at the end of class.

Mary is very kind and makes you feel at ease instantly. I always feel very refreshed and recharged after our sessions. I highly recommend her if you are new to reiki and looking for some solid results. I love our sessions!!!!
