Your Chef is a Certified Nutritional Therapist and is also Certified food handler by the State Health Department (SERVESAFE). Chef Lana is also a member of the USPCA (United States Personal Chef Association).
Chef Lana specializes in working with Clients that have unique dietary needs such as diabetes, cardiac disease, autoimmune disease, & cancer. She also has an affinity for working with senior citizens and specializes in their diet and care. For that reason, as a Certified Nutritional Therapist, Chef Lana works with science-based questionnaires and advanced tools to pinpoint the unique needs of each individual and to build a personalized 8 week Nutritional Therapy Program that works.
As a Nutritional Therapist & Chef, Lana can uniquely combine the therapy program along with her personal chef services or create menu plans and recipes designed uniquely for you....to truly assist you in healing your self from the inside out.
Spiritual Counseling, Coaching & Healing Sessions
After years of service spent helping others while working in the health care and mental health industries Lana took a leap of faith and retired from her role as Director and created and opened her own business (Chef of the Hills). Little did she know that she was doing more than just opening a business but she was beginning her own spiritual journey.
While serving clients as a Personal Chef & Nutritional Therapist she has had the unique opportunity of meeting several individuals she now calls her earth angels that have guided her to discovering her own inner light, her dharma, God.
Thru deep meditations, prayer, and mirror work Lana has learned to forgive herself...to love herself... and others completely; thereby, releasing past traumas and opening up to her inner light and life purpose. Lana has remembered that her life purpose is to teach others how to love...themselves and the world! She is to teach others how to heal their lives from the inside out...where true healing and love begins.
Lana is a certified Realm Reader, Clairvoyant, and Reiki Healer and is happy to share all that she has learned with others on how to truly heal their lives from the inside out.

Yet, helping someone discover who they are again...what their life purpose is...and how to love everyone is the most blissful feeling i think anyone on earth can have...it has got to be how the angels feel on a daily basis!
