- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FYI everything is negotiable! there are a lot of variables that can go into a quote. Bottom line is I want my customers to feel they got their moneys worth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to do some to keep my builders license current. However I do expand my knowledge by taking extra courses, such as espestos removal, lead paint certification, and currently working on my EPA universal license on air conditioning and refrigeration.
