What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is inclusive of travel, shoot time and any post production needed (if agreed upon).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation to determine if I’m the right photographer for what is being sought, followed by agreement on expectations (location, number of photos expected, format provided, time needed to complete…etc.). Arrive at the shoot ahead of time and scout for great locations for coverage. During the shoot listen to the client to determine if there are changes in what was previously discussed, if need be, accommodate. After shoot provide photos or go into post production and adjust to meet clients specific needs. Thank the customer and make further recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nikon Professional Services member, with a cadre of peers that are able to assist with unique shoots. I’m also a member of the Michigan Press Association and hold press credentials for multiple professional and college teams.
