- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have certain set fees, and charge mileage/gas when traveling. Since we offer many different jobs, and every job is different, it would be too much to list everything here. But we put all our pricing up front and out there so there are no hidden costs once a client decides to hire us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what they need, I see their vision, and try to help them come up with a plan to accommodate those needs to reach that goal or goals. Sometimes I have to do more research, whereas other times I already have the experience and can help them on the spot. I try to work them into my schedule as quickly as I can if there is an urgent matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend annual conferences and seminars and do ongoing research.
