My Bat Guy was amazing. Not to diminish the quality of the work, they did an incredible job, but the office staffs ability to work with my insurance company was beyond amazing. My insurance company was nothing short of horrific (not that I expect different from insurance). My Bat Guy was on top of it every step of the way. They new the ins and outs of the insurance quoting and pay scales. In the end it was covered, minus my deductible, and have had no problems. My service was just over a year ago. I am about to close on the sale of the house and it passed inspection with flying colors. If you have bats, My Bat Guy is for you.

Great service ! They came on time and Mike was very thorough . He showed me where the problem was and gave a great explanation on how the bats were entering our garage and what needed to be done to solve the problem . I would highly recommend this company. They did work on my moms house two years ago when she had a major bat problem and she has had no issues with Bats since .

They were quick to respond to our call. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained their process and we are currently ready for phase 2 in August. All should go as planned.The reason for four stars and not five is price. It is a service and one that many people do not want to do themselves. We do have tall narrow peaks to our home and many of them, heights play a roll too. All totaled, it's about a hundred dollars per bat. Again, heights, peaks, bat Access points, sealing other possible entrances.

I've had a hard time getting rid of all my bats, but My Bat Guy has been working with me, or maybe I should say for me, and working hard to get everything sealed up. So far so good.
