Introduction: I have extensive experience. I have been a certified personal trainer & nutritionist for over 10 years, and a yoga instructor for over 10 yrs. I also am a Reiki Master Teacher. I focus on the clients specific needs and goals. I do everything I can to work around the clients schedule. I try to make the sessions comfortable for the client, whether they have extensive experience or are just beginning their health & wellness journey. I want them to enjoy the sessions, while also feeling healthier in their mind & body.

Paul is the perfect fit for us! My spouse and I both live with intermittent/chronic back pain. We were looking for yoga at home to manage the pain, re-establish some exercise in our routines (pandemic), and spend time together. We worried some because our house is small and kind of chaotic with two kids snd two dogs. Paul takes it all in stride. He blends on some Tai Chi for my spouse who misses his pre-pandemic martial arts classes, and adds in additional exercises that complement physical therapy I’m doing for a different injury. And the dogs are happy to join in or disrupt. They love him!

This was my first ever yoga lesson. As such, I was somewhat nervous, but Paul was great and made me feel comfortable. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. I recommend him. I will be scheduling more sessions with him into the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. As a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, we must get continuing education credits to keep our certifications.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1998, Paul was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) as well as Clinical Depression. Regular exercise helped Paul as part of his treatment and he wants to help others discover the natural treatment of exercise in the care and treatment of their illness. He is ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Certified.
