- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour, all cleaning included. We offer 10% referral discount for you and the referral. No hidden fees, no binding contract. Our minimum charge is 2 hours and there is a fee if you cancel within 24 hours of scheduled service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, we would do an over the phone assessment. From there when our experts arrive to the site they will as well do a personal assessment, free of charge, of the job. A deep cleaning is always recommended for the first service!
