Our custom marble walk in shower pan/liner was leaking. John thoroughly checked the shower to determine the problem and found the drain weep holes were plugged by the original installer who did not protect the weep holes from the concrete and grout, causing the water to back up inside the pan/liner. In addition, the bench had been installed incorrectly... tilted towards the wall instead of the floor causing water to sit and drain down into the areas of cracked grout. Instead of ripping the entire shower out (3 times the expense) as others had suggested, he found the problem and fixed it! Then he installed a beautiful new travertine tiled floor and corrected the bench tilt problem by installing new marble over it. John isn't kidding when he says "attention to detail" is important to him. I am so impressed with the quality of John's work and his ability to communicate what he is doing and why.I highly recommend John and look forward to hiring him for future projects we need a contractor for. Thank you, John!

John Conran Construction, did some plumbing for me today, replaced drywall behind tub fixtures, and installed new faucets, 5 stars, great job, I will hire him anytime. he was on time, explained everything, helpful, cleaned up nice too, thumbs up. Thanks again John

John has been great to work with. I originally had him come out to look at some electrical work, and he ended up helping me out with a driveway as well. Very good at communicating every step of the way.
