Mark responded quickly and provided an accurate and reasonable quote. We setup a start time and he arrived only a few minutes late (hey it was Sunday, who's going to get a plumber Sunday morning?). We reviewed the project together and then went together to get parts needed. Mark provided quite a bit of advice and useful information. Back on the job Mark quickly took care of both small jobs with minimal chit chat (some contractors talk the whole time - not Mark, just a little bit). Mark knew what he was doing and got it done. After the job was finished Mark walked me through an inspection of the work and answered all of my questions. I paid him and he assured me that if I had any trouble with any of the work he would return. Work looks great. I don't anticipate needing him back until I have another project. For me I needed just a little help on the "last mile" of my project. Mark fit the bill perfectly. I spent $190 plus under $20 in additional parts (at cost). Excellent value. I will call Mark again.

Mark was a pro- he showed up early, kicked butt, and took names. I had a tight fit leak in a wall behind my sink and he was able to get the pipe not only replaced, but laid out much more cleanly. This would have taken me hours had I attempted it myself, but he had it done in 50 minutes.
