- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is fair and honest. I solely go off of the condition of the project and what all needs to be done. I pride myself in honesty and integrity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new customer is talking to that individual about the needs of their project, checking out the condition of the flooring, and giving the customer a solid and final price. Then figuring out when is the best time and date to suit the customers needs and then servicing the customers needs by completing the job promptly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had 15+ years of hands on training working in the flooring profession.
