Tom has done many household jobs for me including drywall repair and painting, installing ceiling fans, fall clean up, installing laundry tub, etc. He is personable, reliable, finishes what he starts and does a great job. He is very reasonable in what he charges. I will definitely use his services in the future

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to quote a job what I think it is worth for me to do that job and then ask the customeer what they think about the quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To find out exactly what work they want done and how they want it done so as to not do the job wrong and have to redo it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a course online to get a certificate in carpentry. The course explains in detail with pictures how to do everything from the foundation to shingling the roof.
