- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified through AFPA and renew my certification every two years. My legal background of research and continual self-education is part of my fabric, so I'm always educating myself on nutrition and health and wellness along the way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up Italian, I've always loved food! But having dealt with some serious health issues, I know how critical it is to feed our bodies properly. I learned how to eat healthy, great tasting food, and I love it! I chose to make this my work because I want to help others achieve the same thing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Individual coaching, online coaching programs and cooking classes.
