I've been extremely happy with my choice to work with Jason. He's been giving me intense workouts that push me to become stronger and I'm seeing results after just 6 weeks. He's also been super flexible in terms of scheduling and was very understanding when I needed to bring my son once. He played along and my 5yr old and I both worked out. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I keep my pricing as low as possible because I believe that everyone should be able to afford personal training. I offer reduced pricing for large session packages and personal training rates can be split amongst two people for a semi private group. In addition to private, semi private and group training, JM Fitness is now offering boot camp style classes and many convienant times, every day, for one low monthly price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have studied kinesiology and nutrition science at Wayne State University in addition to holding a certification with the American College of Sports Medicine.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with a variety of clientele with a variety of physical limitations. I have worked with clients who have had everything from weak ankles to severe shoulder injuries, from slipped discs to cancer recovery.
