Stephen is an absolute GEM of a human being! It is rare to find such a caring and dedicated professional who also possesses a wide skillset that addresses the WHOLE person. It has been a long search to find an in-home personal trainer for my partner and I, let alone someone with the work ethic and quality of character that Stephen embodies. This man showed up on day one not only ON TIME (early, actually), but he did so for a very early morning appointment with a fairly long trek in a SNOWSTORM! Stephen is AMAZING...you just don't find dedication like that too often these days! Stephen is much more than just a fitness trainer; he is a life coach and an emotional healer. Stephen asks questions of value and depth as he tries to get to know his clients. He goes beyond the exterior and gets to the heart and soul of what is and isn't working in your life, family, relationships, work, etc. He acknowledges, affirms and encourages in whatever areas his client may need emotional support or recognition. He had my partner and I work out as a team, which was beautiful and unexpected! Stephen is highly perceptive and picks up on everything! He knows how to influence without being abrasive...like with gentle reminders to slow down, get a drink, raise those knees, etc! ! As we get further into our sessions with him, I fully expect he will give us the PUSH we need to achieve OUR PERSONAL BEST! I cannot recommend Stephen enough. He is not just a gem, but a RARE GEM. Thank you, Stephen! We are very pleased and blessed to have found you!!! :)

Stephen is an awesome trainer. Even though we meet virtually I still still feel supported. I’ve only been working with Stephen hooper Company about a few weeks and i can already see the difference. I look forward to having many more great workouts with him😊

Working out with Stephen is great. The 45 minutes goes by fast. As a 57 year old woman, I appreciate that he helps me stay strong but doesn't work me so strenuously that I get injured or so sore I can't move the next day. I definitely recommend him.

Steve is an Excellent coach! I did contact him 8 months ago but due to my personal thing couldn't start the training. After 8 months I made contact with him and surprisingly he remembered that. Now, it's been 2 weeks we are into the training. He is very professional, helps me push my limits keeping safety in mind. Many more sessions to go. I would highly recommend him for their new fitness journey.
