What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base everything on $90 per hour. That's inclusive of all of our tools and equipment. We are happy to provide a proposal for our services and or a scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet either face-to-face or by Skype or on the phone to discuss expectations. There's nothing worse than spending a lot of money and not getting what you want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the only video production company that is owned by a video forensic expert that testifies and works all over the world. We are technical scientific and artistic with our approach to video production.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started producing video for professional speakers as the demand changed from audio to video marketing. Since then word-of-mouth has built our company and help to sustain for 33 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Professional speakers, corporations, small business is, musicians, rock stars, weddings, birthday parties.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just recorded video for body language fitness and yoga in Union Lake Michigan. The owner of Primeau productions Ed Primeau guided the interview process. We made everybody look good and had fun enjoying the process.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be careful there are a lot of companies out there that do not have experience with video production. Their people may not be presentable to your clients or guests. We take pride in our dress and appearance and love what we do!!

What do you want to accomplish with your video? What is included in your price? Are there any other questions I should be thinking of? What type of equipment do you use? Is your equipment included in your price? How long have you been in business? Do you except credit cards?
