- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 covers the service call fee plus the first hour of service which includes system evaluation plus diagnosis of the service issue. At that time we will discuss the options. Repair or system replacement the labor rate is consistent at $60 and hour (chargeable by 1/2 increments) Manufacture warranty on parts, limited warranty on labor. Referral bonus as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a formal introduction we proceed to the equipment. I access its condition/issue. We discuss methods of repair or replacement if necessary. Pricing is determined then we proceed with the option chosen. Payment in full is expected immediately after repair. Invoice is created then sent to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technical trade school, university courses, technical training courses, multiple years of verifiable quality experience. All Heating Cooling Ventilation Air Conditioning Refrigeration commercial and residential related.
