I used Versa for a variety of services. First project, I wanted to update two of my apartments that I rent out. Jennifer helped me pick out vibrant colors to Paint the wooden kitchen cabinets. She also supplied instructions along with name & contact #s of painters. She helped me to pick out new light fixtures & ceiling fans & was very conscientious about staying within my budget when picking out fixtures. She suggested paint colors to give the apt an airy feeling. The apartments looked so nice . I also used Versa to help me draw out plans for a 4 unit carport & enclosures for the garbage & recycling cans for this same apartment building. She drew out diagrams for having the enclosures built from scratch & also sent info on where I could purchase units on line prebuilt. It was very helpful & saved me the task of being on line for hours. I love how both the carport & recycling enclosures add to the look of the building. Versa also helped in the remodeling of a home I just recently moved into. Jennifer helped me with interior paint colors, fixtures, working with Ikea kitchen designer & helped me to pick out wall & floor tiles. She worked with my contractor on decisions & choices that had to be made quickly. Jennifer was certainly more than capable in knowing all the answers & was never too far away or too busy to answer. If I ever remodel another home I would use Jennifer before The project starts to the finish line!
