- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
VERSA can provide fees for the full scope of the project or by the hour. Our clients find they save money when making purchases for furniture and materials using our Trade discount. When you take into account that this can save you thousands of dollars our fee more than pays for itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a phone conversation to discuss your project needs. If a site visit is needed we then proceed to arrange a time to do this. Once we have a clear idea of the scope of your project and the project site we prepare a detailed proposal based on the amount of hours that will be needed to complete the design, documentation, and specification.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
VERSA is - one licensed Interior Designer with a BA from the George Washington University and an MA in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art and Design. In addition we have a Licensed part time Architect that has his MA in Architecture.
