Keith was outstanding! He listened to what we wanted and was very understanding and flexible with our family photo shoot; with two young girls that could be difficult. We had bad weather on our original date and he was the one that was tracking the weather in advance and he reached out to me to see if I'd liked to reschedule for a better time/day that worked for us, which he didn't have to do and I really did appreciate that extra mile effort and flexibility. Our photos were really beautiful and I can't wait to work with him again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it's important to start with consultation to understand the client's needs and expectations for their photoshoot or event. From there we can collaborate on creative ideas and I can provide clarity
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Western Michigan in 2019 with 2 Bachelor's degrees, one in Film, Video & Media Studies, the second is in Multimedia Arts & Technology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been capturing pictures and videos as a hobby most of my life, however, during my college studies I became more serious and passionate about photography and videography. Upon graduating, I started freelancing and a year later, I established my business.
