Shay is absolutely amazing, answered any and all questions I had, responded almost instantly, we wanted outdoor family pictures but didn't know where, she had some ideas, did some research and chose an amazing place. Helped us with poses, and was an absolute joy, pictures were amazing she was just hands down all around a pleasure to work with and made it fun for my family, any future pictures I may need I will definitely be using her again, a big thanks and shout out!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually firm. There may be discounts available for Real Estate Photography. However I do offer a budget friendly package option for each photo service I offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will either be provided with a direct quote or scheduled for a brief 10 minute phone consultation. Once the customer has confirmed they would like to hire for booking and deposit is made you can expect to receive an invoice to the phone and email provided.
If further creative planning is needed the next meeting will be scheduled. New customers a provided with a What to Expect & How to prepare PDF.
Turn around time varies depending on the type of photo service booked.
