- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is firm but there should I offer budget friendly packages along with deluxe packages. I currently have a Valentines Day Portrait Special that can be booked on the Luxe Collection website listed. Singles & BFF's are welcome!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will either be provided with a direct quote or scheduled for a brief 10 minute phone consultation. Once the customer has confirmed they would like to hire for booking and deposit is made you can expect to receive an invoice to the phone and email provided. If further creative planning is needed the next meeting will be scheduled. New customers a provided with a What to Expect & How to prepare PDF. Turn around time varies depending on the type of photo service booked.
