I regularly read and attend conferences to stay current on the latest information on nutrition.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother always told me that I was going to be a dietitian. At first, I really wanted to be an environmental lawyer and I am glad my mom was right because I love what I do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work mainly with clients interested in weight loss. I also work with clients suffering from eating disorders, heart disease, thyroid issues, diabetes, cancer, and other diseases that aren't being successfully treated or managed with traditional medicine.
